More than just an event, this program aims at encouraging more than 21,000 young girls and women worldwide to pursue digital careers by the end of 2024.
Our objective was to capitalize on the initiatives already launched by Orange and upscale the program, both in France and abroad, by attracting internal and external audiences.
A successful campaign of seduction which used storytelling as a key element. The event combined inspirational talks and testimonials from women from all over the world, of all origins, ages and sectors with operations and animations as trendy as they were impactful.
A meaningful underground venue coupled with a sober scenography that places great emphasis on meetings and testimonials.
A closing virtual show with an electro DJ set displayed in real time.
A customized post-event deployment platform dedicated to foreign subsidiaries, to ensure that messages are consistent and to give the event "a global stature". Small, medium or large, there was a format for everyone!
