Strategy
for commitment
to CSR

This awareness of environmental, economic and social issues, shared by all our employees, is a key component of Creative Spirit's corporate culture. It enables us to stand out from the crowd, while maintaining a high level of creativity and event production. Our teams apply SD principles while constantly innovating, right from the concept creation phase.

For our customers, it's also a guarantee of working with a company that refuses to accept the status quo, that has a clear raison d'être, and that constantly strives to strike a balance between economic performance, social equity and respect for the environment.
Our customers can benefit from all our creativity and expertise without having to compromise on their social and environmental responsibility. Our challenge over the next few years is to become a key player in the responsible events of tomorrow.

Our commitments

In concrete terms...

Creative Spirit has decided to place ecological transition and social concerns at the heart of its priorities.

Our CSR commitment strategy was initiated over 15 years ago, with our commitment to the ANAé Sustainable Development Charter in 2007, completed by our signature of the Responsible Supplier Relations charter in 2013 and renewed this year.

In 2014, we decided to go one step further by committing to the measurement, management and improvement of our CSR policy through the Ecovadis platform, which offers a comprehensive assessment service for the systems put in place by companies.

We have since been awarded the highest distinction, the EcoVadis Platinum trophy, which recognizes the Top 1% of international companies in terms of CSR.

Since 2020, we have adapted our organization and working methods. To organize eco-responsible events, the Creative Spirit Group has been committed for several years to developing the various aspects of its social and environmental responsibility, through concrete actions:

LEVENEMENT membership in 2021, a long-term commitment by event professionals to an environmentally-friendly approach;

Renewal in 2024 of ISO 20121 certification, obtained in 2021 for our Paris and Cannes branches. Click here to consult our charter;

Signature of the “Responsible Purchasing & Supplier Relations” (RFAR) charter of the French National Purchasing Council (CNA) in 2023.

Obtaining the Platinium ECOVADIS rating, which assesses the CSR performance of our Paris and Cannes branches. €€Achieving a rating of 79/100** in 2024, placing Creative Spirit in the top 1% of companies achieving this level of excellence;

Biosphere Sustainable certification in Barcelona, assessing our management of sustainable tourism.

The 723/1000 Cybervadis certification and rating recognizes Creative Spirit's advanced maturity in cybersecurity. It testifies to our commitment to ensuring the security of the data entrusted to us.

Awarded the Tiers Responsable Bronze 2023 medal, as part of the Provigis medal program. As a supplier, Creative spirit also respects this obligation of vigilance to which its customers must respond. .

  1. 01 Environmental responsibility

    Producing less CO2 at our events is a constant preoccupation. Creative Spirit therefore systematically adopts an eco-design approach to its events, taking into account the fate of the materials and equipment used and the quantity of this major greenhouse gas emitted. This involves :

    • Implementation of an eco-design approach among our teams;
    • Constructive exchanges with our customers to provide them with solutions tailored to their needs.
  2. 02 Social responsibility

    Assuming social responsibility means preserving the digital and physical security of our customers, employees, service providers and other partners within our scope of action, and confirming our position as a responsible and committed employer, through :

    • Complying with European regulations on personal data management and, more broadly, promoting best health and safety practices;
    • Enhancing the skills of our employees through high-quality training and encouraging their collective and individual involvement in global sustainable development issues;
    • Measuring our CSR performance.
  3. 03 Economic responsibility

    Like all committed companies, we want to play a part in the responsible transformation of the events sector, and our ambition is to become a key reference in this field.

    • Mastering CSR issues related to the event industry by sharing best practices and new technologies.
    • Increasing the proportion of our suppliers committed to a CSR approach
    • Increasing the number of carbon audits carried out for events
    • Enhanced visibility with current and future customers, coupled with the building of solid, long-lasting relationships.
