40 years of TFWA - Closing Party
TFWA (Tax Free World Association) celebrated its 40th anniversary this year, so it was an opportunity to make its mark at their trade fair in Singapore.
The idea
Organising two evenings combining creativity and entertainment, with local activities to set the pace for two days of festivities.
A welcome evening for the 1,180 guests at the famous Garden By the Bay, with a unique concept based on the theme of the dragon, which will be the sign of honour in 2024 for the Chinese New Year.
A closing evening with a Full Moon theme in an enchanting setting at Southside on Sentosa Island. Immersive artistic direction to immerse guests in a festive and magical atmosphere.

Entertainment: Sugar artist, photobooth, exclusive tours of the gardens illuminated at night, live band and DJ, personalised caps, Fluo Bar, etc.
Cocktail reception for the welcome party and creation of a food court for the closing ceremony.
